Who can I contact to discuss my order and when?

The friendly customer services team are on hand to answer all of your questions from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, no matter how big or small, nothing is too much trouble.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are posted via Courier Service (1-3 working days). All delivery dates are an estimate.

Occasionally they may take longer to deliver your items, especially during peak times such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

If you have not received your items within 5-7 working days please contact us and we will track your order.

How can I make payment?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit and PayPal.

How will my items be packaged?

All items are wrapped and packaged in our packaging.

Can my order be sent to a different address?

To send your order to an alternate address please select the shipping address option at the checkout and enter the address of the recipient.

Can I return/exchange my item?

All other items can be returned, with their original packaging, within 14 days.

Please ensure your return is sent in the original packaging or a padded envelope and enclose your order form or a note stating your order number, name and return address.

Please do not destroy or throw away any products or packaging even if it’s faulty, as this may affect any refund you may be entitled to.

In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or refunded.

Accessories cannot be returned or refunded. 

How do I care for my item?

To care for your jewellery please avoid coming into contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairsprays and detergents as this may cause your jewellery to tarnish. Most of our jewellery is costume jewellery and is therefore not designed to be worn constantly.

Please do not sleep or shower with your jewellery.To keep your jewellery looking its best, polish using a soft cloth or gently buff.

Please be aware that over the course of time, discoloration may occur with silver or gold plated jewellery. This is due to general wear and tear and the acidity of your skin.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, it should be stored in a box, or wrapped in tissue paper to maintain its polished look and avoid tarnishing.

In the interests of hygiene, earrings and scarves cannot be returned or refunded.
